Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours (9am–5pm EST). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Standard processing time is 1–2 business days. Because our parts are rare and packed with care to prevent transit damage, we take extra time to ensure each order is properly prepared before it ships.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is picked up by the carrier.
Shipping is $15 on all orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states). No minimum order value.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on the destination. If you need expedited shipping and don't see the option, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package dimensions, weight, and destination. The carrier selected for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.
Because the parts we carry are rare — often irreplaceable — we invest significant effort in packaging. Each order is:
· Wrapped in protective foam or bubble cushioning
· Placed in a rigid outer box sized to minimize
internal movement
· Sealed securely to prevent tampering or accidental opening
· Labeled clearly with
fragile indicators where appropriate

A tracking number is emailed to you automatically when your order ships. Use the link in the email or enter the tracking number directly at the carrier's website to monitor your shipment.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it immediately.
Every order is shipped fully insured for its full purchase value. This protects you in the event that a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Insurance coverage is included at no additional cost — it is built into our standard shipping process.
In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact us as soon as possible so we can open a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Claims typically take 5–10 business days to process.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take the following steps:
1. Photograph everything — the outer box, any damage to the box, and the condition of the part itself, before discarding any packaging.
2. Contact us within 5 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos.
3. Do not discard the packaging — it may be required for a carrier insurance claim.
We take every damage report seriously and will work quickly to make it right.
We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.
We have no control over customs processing times, and delays at customs are outside our responsibility. If you are ordering from outside the US and have questions about customs fees, we recommend checking with your country's customs authority before placing your order.
